Created wiki/ (this file, index.org) and wiki-inbox/ per the OKF + llm_wikispec design, implemented in org-mode instead of markdown. See ../CLAUDE.md for the schema.

Starting watermarks for the persistent sources — the first ingest pass should only process items after these points, to avoid an unplanned backfill of years of existing journal/zettel history. A full historical backfill can be done later as an explicit, deliberate pass if wanted, but is not the default.

Processed wiki-inbox/test2.org (undated raw note, header text said "2006" but content is a fresh brainstorm — treated as current). Created new concept Congress Data (wiki/project/congress-data.org) capturing the graph-modeling approach (Congresspeople/Committees as nodes, events as edges) and open design questions (filters, edge-collapsing, client vs. Plotly delivery, clustering).

zetel/ and journal/ had nothing newer than their watermarks (the 2026-07-13/07-14 daily entries are still empty template stubs) — watermarks left unchanged at 2026-07-14.

Processed wiki-inbox/note.org and the newly-filled-in journal/2026.org entry for <2026-07-14 Tue> (the Notes / mandarin subheading, a chat-style vocab session with Yi Chun Kuo).

• Eric French (wiki/person/eric-french.org) — coworking acquaintance, notable as the one who told Caleb about the LLM-wiki/OKF idea this bundle implements.
• Ben Pham (wiki/person/ben-pham.org) — coworking acquaintance, thin stub.
• Pale Fire (wiki/book/pale-fire.org) — Nabokov; noted formal detail (iambic pentameter, heroic couplets, aabb). No corresponding zetel/ entry yet.

Skipped (no wiki change warranted): the unnamed "French guy" from the coworking note (no identifying info to hang a page on) and the "pre-wedding photoshoot" mention (too vague — whose wedding, what project, unclear).

Created Coworking Session (2026-07-14) (wiki/event/coworking-2026-07-14.org) and linked it from both Eric French and Ben Pham's log entries. Updated wiki/index.org Events section. No new source material, no watermark change.
